We are committed to making your shopping experience as smooth and enjoyable as possible. Please review our shipping policy before placing your order.

1. Made-to-Order Production

All Gracefully HER apparel and accessories are made especially for you.

Because we operate on a print-on-demand basis, each item is produced after your order has been placed and payment has been confirmed.

Please allow time for both production and shipping when estimating your delivery date.

2. Processing Times

Most orders are estimated to take 2–5 business days to be produced before shipping.

Production times may vary depending on product availability, order volume, holidays, and our fulfillment partners.

Business days exclude weekends and major U.S. holidays.

3. Shipping Times

Once your order has been produced, it will be shipped to the address provided during checkout.

Estimated U.S. shipping times are generally:

- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

- Expedited Shipping: When available, estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout.

Shipping estimates do not include production time.

Actual delivery times may vary based on your location, carrier, weather conditions, and other circumstances beyond our control.

Any applicable shipping deadlines and legally required delay notices will be honored.

4. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order, delivery destination, and available shipping methods.

Any applicable shipping fees will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Promotional shipping offers, when available, will be clearly communicated on our website.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after your shipping label has been created.

6. Multiple Items and Separate Shipments

If you order multiple items, they may be produced and shipped separately.

This can happen when products are fulfilled by different production partners or facilities.

You may receive multiple packages and tracking numbers for a single order.

There is no need to worry if all your items do not arrive on the same day.

7. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information.

If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible.

We may be able to update your address before your order enters production or ships, but changes cannot be guaranteed.

Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be reshipped due to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

8. Lost, Delayed, or Missing Packages

If your package is delayed or appears to be missing, please contact us.

We will review the tracking information and work with our fulfillment partner or shipping carrier to investigate.

If your package is confirmed lost in transit, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.

9. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the affected product.

Approved claims may qualify for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

International shipping is available only to destinations offered at checkout.
