Made-to-Order Products

Each Gracefully HER item is made especially for you once your order is placed.

Because our products are printed on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

- Incorrect size or color selections

- Changes of mind

- Accidental purchases

- Personal preferences

Please review our product descriptions, sizing charts, and color options carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Your satisfaction matters to us!

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

To help us resolve your concern, please provide:

- Your order number

- A brief description of the issue

- Clear photographs showing the problem

Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

You will not be required to return a damaged or defective product unless otherwise instructed.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow additional processing time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the refund in your account.

Original shipping charges are generally nonrefundable for non-defective orders, except where required by law.

Order Cancellations

Because our products are made to order, cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible.

If your order has not entered production, we may be able to cancel it.

Once production has begun, orders cannot be canceled or modified.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us.

We will review your tracking information and work with our fulfillment partner to determine the appropriate resolution.

If your package is confirmed lost in transit, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
